Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our highly successful and expanding consultancy on a permanent basis.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director you will pro-actively promote the Company’s products and services through a range of sales and marketing techniques, which will involve email marketing, designing flyers / brochures and other marketing material, direct sales and attending client meetings.

Responsibilities
  • Promote the business using a wide range of online and offline sales and marketing techniques.
  • Organise training courses for external clients, ensuring booking forms and other required documentation is sent and returned.
  • Manage and update Company website with new product / service information using SEO best practice.
  • Create and send out a range of email marketing campaigns, which will also include designing offline marketing campaigns.
  • Design flyers / brochures and other marketing related material.
  • Carry out marketing cold calls, in addition to making sales appointments with existing and new clients.
  • Follow up on all sales / marketing leads.
  • Carry out client visits to promote the Company and its products and services.
Qualifications / Experience
  • Must have previous Sales experience.
  • Must have good administration skills, including experience with Microsoft Office/Google Apps.
  • Must have a good eye for design with the ability to create effective marketing material both in written content and visual design.
  • Must have excellent relationship building skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present clearly both in written and face to face presentations.
  • Must be very customer focused.
  • Any web site experience, SEO techniques, PPC experience would be highly desirable.
  • Any experience within the Health and Safety industry would also be highly desirable.
